Let’s start with The Notebook – oh my goodness, who hasn’t dreamed of a love like Noah and Allie’s? Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams absolutely shine in this rain-soaked, passionate tale that proves when it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be! From that iconic kiss in the rain to the tear-jerking ending, this movie hits differently every single time we watch it.

Remember when “A Walk to Remember” came out and collectively broke all our hearts? Before she was Rebecca Pearson on This Is US, Mandy Moore starred with Shane West to give us the sweetest high school romance that turned into something so much more meaningful. Ladies, if you haven’t seen bad-boy Landon Carter’s transformation for the lovely Jamie Sullivan, you’re in for such a sweet treat!

And then there’s “The Fault in Our Stars” (2014), starring Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort – a reminder that some of the most beautiful love stories aren’t about how long you have together, but how deeply you connect. Warning: this one will have you hugging your pillow and ugly-crying (in the best possible way)!

Looking for more heartwarming love stories to add to your must-watch list? Here are some absolute gems that’ll make your heart skip a beat:

  • Big Fish (2003) Tim Burton directs this heartwarming story of a frustrated son who connects with his dying father as he discovers the larger-than facts from fiction in his father's life—starring Ewan McGregor and Albert Finney.
  • Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004) Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet show us that true love finds its way back.
  • P.S. I Love You (2007) - Hilary Swank and Gerard Butler will make you believe in love beyond time.
  • Me Before You (2016) - Emilia Clarke and Sam Claflin’s chemistry is absolutely electric.

Whether you’re cozied up solo with a glass of wine, having a girls’ night in, or snuggling with your special someone, these movies remind us that love comes in all shapes and sizes – and it’s always always worth it. Now, who’s ready for a romantic movie marathon? 💕

What are some of your favorite heartwarming movies?

Hello Reader, It’s been almost three decades since Colin Firth emerged from a lake in a soaked white shirt, and somehow, we’re still not over it. Mr. Darcy. The reserved, intelligent, emotionally repressed shouldn't be romantic hero material. And yet, he’s been a romantic icon for ever since Jane Austen put pen to paper. Women have been in love with his quiet dignity and slow-burn charm. Firth’s 1995 portrayal in the BBC’s Pride and Prejudice brought Jane Austen’s character to life with...
